My name is Tom, I'm a Course Administrator in the School of Computer Science and Engineering.

I was also Grievence Officer for CSESoc, and have done lots of other things. I made this service for CSESoc. I've now agreed to make this service available to Arc@UNSW clubs, and UNSW programs. I've been paid by Arc@UNSW to work on this service, and the School of Computer Science and Engineering have agreed to provide hosting resources for this service (though they don't run it).

Your zpass will not be stored. I don't want your zpass, I like my own one. It is used to verify you, that's it. Your zID, name, email and discord ID will be stored. They are encrypted, using RSA encryption. Only the administrators of the server you're signing up for will have access to your data; though Arc@UNSW and I have the ability to access data where we have to.

If you wish to delete your data, get in touch via email. Data deletion may only happen if you are removed from all servers on which you are verified first.
